  The restaurant itself could have been a little cleaner, but the service was fast, the order was correct, and the staff was friendly! The woman up front even gave us our coupon back because they had a better deal in the store.

  So today January 17th 2017 I went to have a quick bite to eat with my family. Well let's just say the food was mediocre and the service well here goes the rant the toothless ass manager aperantly had a birthday either today or sometime recently and her DRUG dealer came in with a bag of some sort of drugs and handed it to her on the front line at the register!!! Clear as day she held the bag of substance in her hand while clearly talking to her minor employees. All I'm saying is have a little more class people! Seriously there were kids with us!

  Today I went to this Marysville and pulled up to the drive thru to order. I asked the cashier for a whopper meal and stated to her that I had to coupon for 5$ the cashier then asked for the coupon code. I noticed that I accidentally tore the coupon code off when I ripped the coupon from the others upon leaving my house. I asked the cashier to give me one sec while I call and get the coupon code from my husband (who was at home). I politely said to the cashier that is what I want so you can go ahead and put that as my order. She than said "well I need the code or but the order in" . I replied hummm ok well no one ever asks me for the coupon or the code until after I get to the window. Normally that's what they do all the time when I come here. Then I hear someone so very unprofessional yelling "we can't do it without the code" I then say "you know what, You are NOT about to yell at me so ..you can cancel my order. The cashier then replied ok... really no apology no nothing. I have never had any issues at the location I come here all the time but I will. It be returning that was extremely poor customer service! That is not how you treat customers!!! I'm so very upset and still can't believe that I was treated like this today. I also called the customer relations department and reported this!
